Online store terms of service

These terms of service set out the rules for electronically supplied services and for the sale of digital products by Rafał Bielak, conducting business under the name TARGET REACH Rafał Bielak, registered in CEIDG (the Polish business register), address: ul. Władysława Grabskiego 36/6, 35-312 Rzeszów, Poland, NIP (Polish tax ID): 8133899682, REGON: 525647695 (hereinafter: the "Seller").

The online store available at mowaciala.com is operated by the Seller.

The subject of sale is digital products (ebooks, video courses, educational materials) delivered electronically as downloadable files.

Product prices are gross prices expressed in Polish złoty (PLN).

The contract is concluded the moment an order is placed and payment is made. Once payment is confirmed, the Customer receives a download link to the purchased materials at their email address.

The Seller accepts payments handled by the provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Przelewy24 (P24). Payments made through a PayPal account or a card linked to PayPal are also accepted.

Access to the purchased materials is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, no later than within 30 minutes. Download links are active for 30 days from purchase, and each file may be downloaded a maximum of 20 times.

Please note: Pursuant to art. 38(13) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to a consumer in respect of contracts for the supply of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period expired and after the consumer was informed by the trader of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By placing an order, the Customer consents to the start of performance (delivery of digital content) before the withdrawal period expires and confirms that they have been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The Seller voluntarily offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact the Seller within 60 days of purchase and receive a full refund, with no reason required.

Complaints should be submitted to rafal.bielak97@gmail.com. The Seller will examine the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

The controller of Customers' personal data is the Seller. Detailed information about data processing is set out in the Privacy Policy.

In matters not regulated by these terms of service, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on consumer rights.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms of service. Amendments take effect on the day they are published on the website and do not apply to orders placed before the date of the change.
